摘要
现代中国民营企业大多是凭借血缘亲情关系而建立的家族企业,传统的儒家文化对其产生和发展有着深刻的影响。儒家文化重视血缘与宗法等级关系,倡导仁义,这有利于在企业内部形成人性化的管理模式和在企业外部形成良性的合作竞争环境,以适合中国家族企业的发展。
Most contemporary Chinese non-state-owed corporations are family business, whose establishment is relying on blood and kinship relations. Traditional Confucian culture has a profound impact on their emergence and development. Confucian culture emphasizes blood relationship and patriarchal hierarchy and advocates benevolence and upriguteousness, which is conducive to the formation of humanization management model inside and a benign environment for competition and cooperation outside, so as to adapt to the development of Family Businesses in China.
