摘要
结合某河床式水电站,建立了混凝土蜗壳三维有限元整体模型,用ANSYS有限元软件的钢筋混凝土非线性分析模块对混凝土蜗壳进行了三维线弹性和钢筋混凝土非线性计算.根据线弹性计算结果并结合工程实际,对混凝土蜗壳进行了配筋,并对该配筋方案进行了裂缝开展区、钢筋应力、最大裂缝宽度的验算和蜗壳位移分析.
Based on a power station in river channel, a whole three-dimensional finite element model of the concrete spiral casing is set up. Using the nonlinear analyzing module of reinforced concrete in the ANSYS, the calculation of the concrete spiral casing is carried out on the three-dimensional linear elasticity and the reinforced concrete nonlinearity. Depending on the calculating result of the linear elasticity and the realities of the project, the reinforcing bars is set to the concrete spiral casing. According to the ratio of reinforcement setting case, the check computations are taken on the outspread section of the crack, stress of the reinforcing bars, the biggest width of the crack and the displacement of the spiral casing.
