摘要
本文从铁路发展方向、运输模式和运输能力的提高等方面论述了目前我国修建客运专线的必要性，同时，介绍了中长期铁路网规划中的“四纵四横”客运专线。
This article illustrates the necessity of the construction of passengers＇transportation lines by analyzing the railway developing tendency, transportation modes and transportation ability. Meanwhile, it also introduces the ＂4 horizontal and 4 vertical＂ passengers transportation lines in the railway long - term net building.
