合作性查房在年轻护士培养中的应用

Use of Cooperative Rounds in Cultivating Young Nurses

目的探讨合作性查房在年轻护士培养中的应用效果。方法2005年2月-2007年3月进行25次以科室为小组单位、多人合作的教学查房及实践考核。经问卷调查,了解年轻护士对合作性查房的看法。结果97%年轻护士认为合作性查房激发了学习主动性,96%年轻护士认为有助于培养合作精神、竞争意识和个人责任感,95%年轻护士认为提高了理论联系实际、分析、判断问题、解决问题以及归纳表达能力。结论合作性查房是提高年轻护士业务素质的有效方法。

Objective To study the effect of using cooperative rounds in cultivating young nurses. Methods 25 cooperative teach- ing rounds and practical examinations were conducted based on clinical departments during Feb. 2005 and Mar. 2007. Then ques- tionnaire was used to understand the nurses＇ view on cooperative rounds. Results 97% young nurses thought the cooperative rounds provoked their incentive of learning. 96% thought it helped to cultivate teamwork spirits, sense of competition and individual sense of responsibility. 95% thought it helped to improve their abilities to apply theory into practice, analyze and solve problems and induce and express themselves. Conclusion Cooperative round is effective for the young nurses＇ growth of professional quality.
