对新护士实施夜班准入制的效果观察

Exploration into the Night-shift Permission

目的了解实施夜班准入制度对新护士工作能力自我评价和同事评价的影响,为夜班准入制的实施提供参考依据。方法将2006年10月-2007年4月工作的14名新护士作为观察组,实施夜班准入制度,2006年6-9月工作的14名新护士作为对照组,采用传统的跟班制。使用自编问卷对两组新护士进行自我评价和同事满意度调查。结果观察组在病情观察、危重症抢救配合、抢救仪器的使用、患者安全管理、沟通技巧、突发事件处理方面的自我评价均高于对照组,P<0.01,两组差异有统计学意义;同事对新护士的满意度评价中,观察组的评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论实施夜班准入制度,可以有效提高新护士业务素质和工作能力,保证夜间护理工作质量和安全。

Objective To understand the evaluations on new nurses＇ work ability from themselves and from their colleagues so as to provide a basis for execution of night-shift permission. Methods The night-shift permission was carried out in the observed subjects of 14 new nurses during Oct. 2006 to Apr. 2007 and the routine night-shift attendance in the controls of another 14 new nurses adopted from Jun. to Sept. 2006. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate their self-evaluation and the satisfaction rate from their colleagues between the two groups. Results The observation group was better than the control group in respect of both self-evaluation on disease observation, cooperation in saving critical patients, safety management of patients, communication skills, management of emergencies （P〈0.0I） and colleague＇s satisfaction rate with them （P〈0.001）. Conclusion The execution of night- shift permission may enhance the profession quality and ability, ensuring the quality and safety of night nursing care.
