摘要
随着窑体转速的提高,物料在窑内所经历的运动形式也不同,主要经历滑移(sliding)、脉动(surging)、塌落(slumping)、滚落(rolling)、泻落(cascading)、抛落(cataracting)和离心运动(centrifuging),但就煅烧质量而言,滚落状态是工程实践中的理想设计工况。本文从力矩的角度出发,得出了要实现物料的滚落状态,可以提高物料与窑壁间的摩擦系数,并提出了具体方法。
With the increasing rotary velocity, there are different forms of transverse motion of free- flowing bed materials in rotary kilns, including sliding, surging, slumping, rolling, cascading, cataracting and centrifuging. Considering from the quality of coke calcining, the rolling motion is preferred to perfect motion in practice. It was indicated that enhancing the friction between the material and the rotary kiln wall is easy to carry out the rolling motion from the aspect of force moment. And the detailed methods to realize that motion were pointed out.
