摘要
活性指数是衡量高炉矿渣粉质量的关键指标。不同基准水泥对矿渣粉的活性指数影响较大。试验采用不同强度等级水泥对同种矿渣粉进行激发,并对不同高炉矿渣原料和不同粉磨工艺生产的矿渣粉进行了研究。结果表明强度等级越高的工艺生产的矿渣粉有更好的激发作用,采用立磨工艺生产的矿渣粉综合质量优于传统球磨工艺生产的产品。采用大型高炉矿渣粉的粒度分布更优,活性更高。本研究为GB/T18046-2000《用于水泥和混凝土中粒化高炉矿渣粉》的修订提供试验依据。
The activity index number is a key parameter which is used to evaluate the quality of the ground granulated blast furnace slag. Experiment was done with the cement of different strength grade to stimulate the same kind of ground granulated blast furnace slag, and the research on different blast furnace mineral residue raw material and the mineral residue that was produced with different powder grinder' s technique was also conducted. The results show that a higher intensity cement has a better trigger action, that the powder comprehensive of mineral residue is better than that of products which are mace with traditional ball grinder technique, and that the grain distribution of large ground granulated blast furnace slag is more desirable and the activity is more positive. The study provides an experimental basis to the revision of GB/T18046/2000( Ground granulated blast furnace slag applied to cement and concrete).
