摘要
实施"管养分离"和社会化养护是公路养护改革的方向,湖北京珠高速公路全长339 km,于2004年1月开始全面实施社会化养护。文章结合3年多的实施情况,对高速公路社会化养护的合同段划分、招标文件编制、合同形式等有关问题进行了分析,可为其他高速公路社会化养护提供借鉴。
The aspect of road maintenance reformation is the executing of ＂the separation of management and maintenance＂, the comprehensive market maintenance carry into execution in January 2004 in Hubei Jingzhu which is 339 km. The article analyzes the partition of the contract section, the establishment of the bidding document, the form of the contract etc, it may offer the experience to the other expressway.
