This article analyzes the shortcomings of the ＂2 ＋ 1＂ cultivating pattern of ＂Combining Learning with Working＂, studies on the ＂1 ＋ 1 ＋ 1＂ pattern in Insurance major in higher vocational colleges, and proposes conditions to carry out the latter.
