摘要
根据熔模铸件表面麻点内夹杂物的成分组成,对其来源进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。选用合适的原材料、确定合理的浇注温度、加入适量脱氧剂脱氧,可使麻点缺陷得到显著改善。
The origin of inclusions in rough sport disfigurement on the surface of investment castings was analyzed and the corresponding solutions were given according to the composition of inclusions. Rough sport disfigurement can be improved obviously by adopting the right raw material, defining the proper pouring temperature and adding proper amoumt of deoxidizing agent.
