摘要
教师的教育伦理规定性是师德建设的认识前提。教师的德性塑造是在澄清认识的基础上,树立正确的教师德性价值观,并通过教育教学实践体验,反思其存在的问题,加强教师的自我修养,提供有效的制度保障,以促进教师德性的生成与升华。
Teacher' s ethic prescription is the cognitive precondition of teacher' s moral. The latter' s formation requires a correct out- look on teacher' s moral value on the basis of cleaning up the realization and reflection over its issue by education and teaching practice and experience. By means of intensified self- development and efteetive systems guarantee, teacher' s moral can be formed and further advanced.
