钙硼硅系微晶玻璃析晶性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用水淬法制备应用于LTCC基板材料的CaO-B2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃。通过DTA和XRD综合分析,在充分析晶情况下此玻璃的主晶相是硅灰石(CaSiO3)、硼钙石(CaB2O4)以及石英(а-SiO2),并确定了3种晶相的析晶温度。在此基础上探讨了氧化硅和氧化钙含量对硅灰石晶相生成以及该系统微晶玻璃烧结性能的影响。得到了规律性的结果:增加钙含量能够有效诱使硅灰石析出,同时能够抑制石英相,降低烧结温度,使材料适用于基板材料的要求。 CaO-B2O3-Si02 system glass-ceramic was synthesized by water-quenched method. Through comprehensive study on DTA and XRD results respectively, it indicated that the precipitated phase of the glass is wollastonite (CaSiO3), quartz (Si02) and calcium borate (CaBO3) and the recrystallization temperature was determined. The effects of CaO and Si02 on the wollastonite precipitation and on the sintering properties of CaO-B2O3-Si02 system glass-ceramic were discussed. A regular result was con- cluded: the wollastonite precipitation is increased with the increase of Ca content, while the quartz is restrained and the sintering temperature is decreased, which makes CaO-B2Oa-Si02 system glass-ceramic a potential use for substrate materials.
