L-精氨酸对2型糖尿病大鼠胃排空功能的影响

Effect of L-Arg on Delayed Gastric Emptying in Experiment 2 Type Diabetes Rats

观察氮-硝基-左旋精氨酸(L-NNA)和左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)对糖尿病大鼠胃排空的影响。实验结果表明,糖尿病大鼠早期静脉给L-NNA后,各测定值与糖尿病对照组差异显著(P<0.01),与正常对照组无差异(P!0.05);糖尿病大鼠延迟应用L-Arg后,各值也与糖尿病对照组差异显著(P<0.01),但未能恢复到正常对照组水平(P<0.01)。所以,糖尿病早期应用L-NNA能明显改善糖尿病大鼠胃排空延迟,保护调节胃动力。

Objective To study the effect of L-arginine（L-Arg） on diabetic gastraparesis in experiment 2 type diabetes rats. Methods Divide 40 rats into control group （10） and experiment group （30）, then divide the experiment group into A, B, D groups. We used L-NNA and L-Arg to experiment groups but physiological saline to the control groups. The blood sugar, serum insulin, NO content, acetaminophen absorption test and discharge of vagus nerve were determined. Results The above data for diabetes rats group using L-NNA in early phrase have significant difference with normal control group（P〈0.01）. Compared with C group the above data in diabetes rats groups showed significant difference （P〈0.01）but no significant difference with normal control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion L-NNA that was used in early phrase to diabetes rats can improve delayed gastric emptying and can protect gastric motility.
