江苏五大稻区稻瘟病菌的群体遗传结构研究 被引量:5

摘要 用Pot2-rep-PCR方法测定了江苏省五大稻区稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe grisea)的DNA指纹图谱,在此基础上分析了江苏各稻区稻瘟病菌的遗传系谱及群体结构,揭示了病菌遗传系谱与品种之间的关系和在不同稻区的分布,研究了病菌系谱年度间的变化动态,为指导抗病品种应用和抗病育种提供依据。 Seventeen genetic lineages of M. grisea were measured by Pot2- rep-PCR fingerprints. Among them, JSL-11 is dominant lineage in Jiangsu Province. Variation of M. grisea lineages from rice in Jiangsu Province was not obvious from 1997 to 1999. Distribution ofM. grisea lineages had some differences in different rice-planted regions of Jiangsu Province,but they were related with the distribution of rice varieties. It is suggested that population structure and distribution of M. grisea lineages is favorable for guiding breeding and application of resistance rice varieties.
