摘要
通过对白僵菌孢子限制营养培养和高温水浴以及在贮存中添加外源营养等试验发现,在油剂贮存过程中,限制营养(C、N源)所得孢子配成的油剂的活孢率显著低于同期对照;经50℃高温水浴(30 min、60 min)处理的孢子配成的油剂,在贮存后期其活孢率均高于对照;对白僵菌油剂添加外源营养可以显著提高油剂中孢子活孢率,并且前3个月添加外源营养比在后3个月添加效果要好。
Controlling nutrition, bathing at high temperature and adding extra nutrition to oil formulation were tested to study the conidial viability ofBeauveria bassiana. The results indicated that conidial viability of oil formu- lation under controlling nutrition was remarkably lower than that of control. The conidiospores of B. bassiana were bathed at 50℃ for 30 rain and 60 rain respectively, then, it was confected into oil formulation, in the later days of the storage stage, the alive conidial rate was higher than that of the non-bathing group. If extra nutrition was added to oil formulation ofB. bassiana in storage period, the percentage reover, the extra nutrition added to oil formulation in the first months. of conidial germination was obviously improved, mo- 3 months was more effective than that in the last 3
