摘要 提出了未来民用航空管理的发展方向—新航行系统,以及新航行系统的核心元素—卫星导航系统(GNSS),通过数学仿真的手段将卫星导航系统模型化,阐述了评估卫星导航系统性能的方法。 The paper puts forward the development of the future civil aviation management--CNS/ ATM, and the main element of CNS/ATM--GNSS. We build a model of GNSS by math emulating, and talk about the method evaluating the capability of GNSS.
