摘要
讨论了大型散货船的轴系校中与主机安装工艺改进,对工艺参数进行了分析。主机在船上分三部分组装,待船下水后再进行整机定位,浇注环氧垫片。对主机轴系采用合理负荷测量方法校中,使轴系各轴承负荷分配更趋合理。按校中计算的要求校中轴系,其实质是,在遵守规定的负荷、应力、转角等限制条件下,通过校中计算确定各轴承的合理垂向位移,使轴系安装成规定的曲线状态,以达到全轴系各轴承负荷合理分配。
The paper holds a discussion on the procedure of assembly main engine and shafting alignment for large bulk carrier. The assembly of the main engine can be divided into three sections on board, the whole engine is positioned and the epoxy gasket is casted when the ship is in the sea. In order to make the assignment of load of each bearing more reasonable, and to make the bending moment and corner is assigned reasonably on the supporting section specified in the allowed range, the shafting calibration of the ship uses jack-up methord to test plummer bloch, the forward shaft of tail pipe and main bearing, and improves the assembly procedure to the main engine, increases the measurement of torsional lever and sag of the main engine, furthermore it pays attention to the control of the differential distance of the main engine.
