硫铁矿烧渣湿法制备铁红的简易工艺研究

Simple Wet Process Preparation of Iron Oxide Red from Sulfureous Iron Ore Residue

在对硫铁矿烧渣全铁含量以及组分研究的基础上,运用湿法工艺以硫铁矿烧渣为原料制备铁红,省去专用还原剂还原的步骤,研究了高温硫酸还原的最佳条件,试验确定制备铁红的简易工艺,节省了试剂与能源。采取该工艺制取的铁红纯度为92%～94%。

After studing the entire iron contents and component of the sulphurous iron ore residue,this program use wet process and take the sulphurous iron ore residue as raw material to prepare iron oxide red,omiting the step using the special use reducer to restore.Studing the best condition of high temperature sulfuric acid restoring,the program tests the simple handicraft,during which reagent and the sources of energy are economized.The purity of iron oxide red reaches 92%-94% as adopting this handicraft system.
