2型糖尿病血尿酸水平及其并发症相关因素分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨血尿酸水平对糖尿病代谢及其并发症的影响。方法选择279例2型糖尿病患者,按血尿酸水平分成尿酸水平偏低或正常组(A组)和高尿酸组(B组),检测并比较两组患者的生化指标及其并发症发生率。结果两组患者性别、体重指数、胰岛素抵抗指数和空腹血浆胰岛素、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平及24h尿微量白蛋白间差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且高血压、冠心病和肥胖的发生率间差别亦均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高尿酸血症加重了2型糖尿病患者的代谢紊乱和胰岛素抵抗,是引起2型糖尿病相关并发症的危险因素。 Objective To study the factors related to serum uric acid in type 2 diabetic patients and to investigate the effect of serum uric acid levels on the metabolism and complications.Methods 279 cases were divided into 2 groups according to their uric acid level,then the relationship between serum uric acid and metabolic parameters and complications in two groups were observed.Results Patients with hyperuricacidemia in types 2 diabetes had markedly higher the rate of male,BMI,Fins,HOMA-IR,TG,TC,UAE and the incidence of hypertension,coronary heart disease and obesity,markedly lower HDL-C.Conclusion The hyperuricemia might be a high risk factor of type 2 diabetes for complications.
