摘要
解决好炉前排烟除尘改善操作环境等是近代高炉风口平台出铁场建筑设计的重要课题。本工程比较圆满地解决了出铁场烟尘的排出问题,在出铁场屋面坡度的大小、天窗形式的选择、天窗喉口高宽比的确定、围护结构的设置等方面都有新的见解和措施,使出铁场厂房能最大限度地获得车间内良好的自然通风和天窗排烟力的最佳效果。
How to improve the environment of discharging smoke and cleaning dust before furnace is a important subject in the design of blast furnace cast house of iron plant. In a engineering concerned, the problem of discharging smoke and dust is successfully solved, in which the slope of roofing of iron plant, the selection of skylight forms, the determination of the ratio between width and height of skylight and the set of enclosure structure are designed and made with suitable measurement herein. So the house of iron plant obtains the good natural ventilated condition and best ability of discharging smoke.
