摘要
随着农机液压系统的功能越来越多、结构越来越复杂,加上农业机械的工作环境较为恶劣,其发生故障的几率也将随之增多。为此,根据农机液压系统故障的特点,应用专家系统原理和面向对象的设计方法,设计了一种基于BP神经网络的农机液压系统故障诊断专家系统,阐述了该专家系统的基本结构,以及知识库、推理机和解释机的实现方法。该系统充分发挥了神经网络在处理复杂非线性关系时的优点,大大提高了农机液压系统故障诊断的效率和准确率。
Because there are more functions of the farming machines hydraulic system and their structures are more and more complex, and the working environment of the farming machines is comparatively bad, the more possibilities of their faults will have. According to the hydraulic system trouble features and using the principles of Expert System and the design method of object orientation, this paper designs a hydraulic fault diagnosing expert system for farming machines based on BP neural net, and describes the basic structure of its system and the implement methods of the knowledge base, inference machine and interpretation machine. The system takes fully advantage of the neural net when it deals with the complicated non-lineal relationship and increases the efficiency and accuracy of the farming machines' hydraulic svstem fault diagnosis.
