摘要 针对我国华北农牧交错带一年一熟保护性耕作地区,普通播前除草耕作部件容易抛翻土壤使水分大量流失的问题,设计了一种除草铲。设计时,针对农牧交错带地区的土壤特性,对除草铲的工作方式、受力方式、缠草问题等进行了分析。实验表明,当拖拉机速度小于等于1.43m/s时除草铲能够实现不翻土作业,除草率达到96%,碎土质量达到96.5%,满足设计要求。 Interlock cultivation till area for one year to agriculture of North China, ordinary weeding machine often turning over the soil when working, look through soil make moisture a large number of questions of running off sow, and have designed a weeding shovel. At the time of the design, mixed with the soil characteristic with the area, to the working way of the shovel of weeding, analyze by strength way, twining the grass question and etc. The experiment shows, weed when the tractor pace is no more than 1.43 m/s the shovel can work without turning over the soil, the weeding rate is up to 96%, garrulous soil quality reaches 96.5%, meet the designing requirement.
