城市固体废物堆肥技术的经济效益分析

目前,一些地方政府对城市固体废物(MSW)堆肥很有兴趣,但是关于MSW堆肥成本方面的信息并不是很多。为此,比较了城市固体废弃物堆肥技术与其它固体废弃物的处理技术特点,介绍了国外城市固体废弃物堆肥技术应用现状及堆肥的成本分析,分析了城市固体废弃物堆肥技术的经济效益。经济效益分析显示,与填埋相比MSW堆肥还是具有竞争力的,但是限于我国目前的经济现状,自然堆肥法是一个比较现实的选择。

Currently there is widespread interest on the part of local governments in municipal solid waste （ MSW ） composting. However, there is little information on the costs of MSW composting. In this paper, the characteristics of municipal solid waste（ MSW ）composting and other solid waste disposal technology are simply compared. The application of MSW composting technology and the cost analysis at abroad are introduced. The economic benefit of MSW composting technology is analyzed. Analysis of economic benefits indicates that MSW composting may be competitive with land disposal. However, taking China＇s economical situation into consideration, this essay prefers that natural composting is the practical method.
