设施农业是现代农业的重要组成部分,是集约化规模经营的生产方式,是实现可持续发展的先进生产管理体系,在社会主义新农村的建设背景下,设施农业有着良好的发展前景。为此,探讨了设施农业与建设社会主义新农村之间的关系,并以北京市的设施农业建设为出发点,阐述了其建设与发展现状,分析了其中存在的问题,并提出强化组织领导,加强协调服务;切实夯实基础,增强配套能力;发挥自身优势,主打特色产业;加强展示推荐,做好产品营销的对策和建议,供相关部门参考。

Facility agriculture is an important part of modern agriculture. It is not only a way of the intensive management, but also the advanced production management system which can realize the agricultural sustainable development. Under the background of new rural reconstruction, facility agriculture has the good prospects for development. This article has discussed the relationship between facility agriculture and new rural reconstruction, starting from strengthening Beijing＇s facility agriculture, firstly describing the condition and its status, secondly analyzing the flaws and other limiting factors, then giving some suggestions to support its development, such as to strength organizing and service capacity, to reinforce foundation and cooperation, to show predominance and specialty, to intensify product commending and marketing, and so on.
