摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了某回转圆筒式干燥机的三维有限元模型。模型按实际尺寸建模,模拟了可能发生的工况载荷。同时,对管箱和换热管进行了温度场的计算,并单独对管箱进行温度和内压组合的计算,得到了该干燥机在多种载荷作用下的应力强度和位移。计算结果表明,该干燥机的设计在各种条件下均满足强度和刚度条件。
In this paper, the three-dimensional finite element model of a roller dryer was built by ANSYS software with the trim size, and simulated under some working conditions. The temperature fields of the Channel and heat exchange tubes were gained by the calculation. Then the Channel was also simulated with the combination of the temperature and press. The stress intensity and displacement distribution of the dryer were gained by the calculation. The results show that the roller dryer meet the strength and stiffness requirements under the design conditions.
