摘要
介绍了恒温恒湿箱测控系统的软硬件设计方法,通过单片机接口电路的合理扩展,使整个硬件系统更简单、可靠。由于单片机AT89S8252的资源丰富,特别是自身所固有的2kB的EEPROM的存在,使系统实现了自动化标定与校准。该设备中的空气压缩机采用调频技术,从而实现了制冷量的PID调节。
The hardware and software design method that measuring and controlling system of constant temperature constant wet box have been introduced. Through a reasonable expand of single chip surface circuit, make the whole hardware system more simple and credibility. Because the resources of single chip AT89S8252 be abundant, especially the 2KB EEPROM existence of the proper, makes the system carry out automation demarcate and calibrate; The air compressor in the box adoption frequency modulation technique, thus carried out to make the PID regulate of cold quantity.
