摘要
在水稻收获、加工和储运过程中,外界机械力的作用是造成谷粒破碎的主要原因之一。在外界机械力作用下,谷粒的损伤量与其在相互作用过程中吸收的能量成正比。为此,分析了水稻谷粒的机械损伤机理,研究了水稻谷粒的滞回耗能特性,得到了在加卸载过程中水稻谷粒吸收能量的数据。通过试验,研究了水稻谷粒的成熟程度和后熟作用对其在外载荷作用下损伤程度的影响,及不同水稻品种在外载荷作用下的不同损伤程度,为相关机械的设计提供了基本数据,并为水稻谷粒的机械损伤研究提出了一种新方法。
During harvesting, handling, and transporting, the impact of the mechanical power is one of the main reasons for the injury of rice grain. Under mechanical action, the injury degree of rice grain is proportional to the energy absorption. In this study, an investigation on the principle of grain injury was made. The hysteresis energy consuming behavior of rice grain was studied by means of experiments. The energy absorption by rice grain on one loading cycle was obtained. The effects of different varieties, harvest time and after-ripening action on the energy absorption of rice grain were determined which provides a base for designs of harvesting, handling, and transporting devices. A method for researching the mechanical injury to rice grain is given.
