热管式生物质气化炉中水蒸气汽化试验研究 被引量:1

An Experiment Study on Biomass Steam Gasification in the Heat Pipe Biomass Gasifier

摘要 以木屑为原料在热管式生物质气化炉中进行了水蒸气汽化试验研究,分析了热管对床层温度分布的影响,研究了温度对产气成分、热值及产物分布的影响。试验结果表明,热管式生物质气化炉的床层温度分布基本均匀;随着床层温度从650℃升高到900℃,H2的体积分数逐渐增加,平均含量在60%以上,CH4含量减少,CO含量基本不变,CO2含量略有减少;汽化产物中气体产率逐渐增加,固体和液体产率减少。 The characteristics of steam gasification of pine sawdust in heat pipe biomass gasifier (HPBG) are studied in this paper. A series of experiments have been performed to investigate the effects of reactor temperature on the compositions of product gas, the product yields and lower heat value(LHV). The experimental results show that the temperature of the bed layer is uniformity. The gas yields and the content of H2 in the gas increase with the reactor temperature, while the yields of tar, char and the content of CO2 and CH4 in the product gas decrease.
