高效液相色谱法测定前列舒颗粒中淫羊藿苷含量

Determination of Icariin Contents in Qianlieshu Granule by HPLC

目的测定前列舒颗粒中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。色谱柱为C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(28∶72)为流动相,检测波长为270nm。结果淫羊藿苷进样量在0.22～2.20μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.29%,RSD为0.64%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To determine the contents of ieariin in Qianlieshu Granule. Methods HPLC method was adopted and a C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was aeetonitrile-water （28：72）.The detection wavelength was at 270 nm. Results The calibration curve of icafiin was linear in the range of 0. 22-2.20 μg （r=0.999 9）, the average recovery rate was 98.29%, RSD= 0. 64%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Qianlieshu Granule.
