In modern economic, the capability of independent renovation is both an important symbol of an enterprise＇ s vitality and an essential guarantee for its advantage in the fierce global competition. It is easy to see that no economically powerful countries can be found to be without renovation in technology throughout the whole process of world economic development. The level of independent renovation affects the overall strength of a country. Some suggestions and counter measures for the perfection of independent renovation system in China is put forward in this article through the elaboration and analysis of renovations in other countries.
