A Reconsideration of the Obstacles and Countermeasures for Chinese Corporation's Multinational Purchase

中国经济的持续发展和企业实力的不断增强,催生了中国企业跨国并购的巨大需求,中国企业的全球化进程正在加速,但是在跨国并购中存在的诸多问题也给中国企业的国际化进程带来了巨大的障碍。从中国企业跨国并购的动因入手,分析了中国企业跨国并购过程中存在的主要问题,并就如何解决这些问题提出了相应对策。

The increasing development of Chinese economy and the growth of Chinese corporation spurs its muhinational purchase, and its global process is also speeding up. However, the problems in the multinational purchase produces great obstacles in the course of internationalization of Chinese corporation. This thesis analyzes why Chinese corporation gets into multinational purchase, the main issues in the purchase, and how to solve the problems in it.
