摘要
针对应用广泛的大型矩形截面环件,采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件分别选取不同摩擦系数、进给速度,对其辗扩过程进行数值模拟,并进行加工实验,找出了工艺参数的选取范围,分析了轧制过程中产生的问题和缺陷,为实际生产提供了依据。
Numerical simulation of rolling process was simulated by DEFORM-3D software at different friction coefficients and different feeding rate, against the widespread applied rectangle section ring. Practicable processing test was proceeded and range of processing parameter was found. Problems and defects in the rolling process were analyzed. A foundation was supplied for practical production.
