摘要
根据光纤光栅的反射光波长对温度变化敏感的特性,提出了用于高压电器温度监测的布拉格光纤光栅(fiber B ragg grating,FBG)传感系统。该系统由宽带光源、光纤光栅温度传感器、可调滤波器、光电转换电路、传输光纤以及系统软件组成。利用光纤光栅反射波长与温度具有良好线性关系的特性,测量不同温度下对应的栅反射波长变化,经过数据处理,实时显示温度。系统能实现对多点进行温度实时测量。对高压开关柜进行了现场测试,测量误差在±0.3℃以内。
According to the sensitivity of the reflection wavelength of fiber Bragg grating (FBG)to the temperature changing,a design of FBG based sensing system for temperature monitoring of the high voltage apparatus is presented. The system consists of broadband source, fiber grating sensor, tunable filter, photoelectric conversion circuit ,transmission fiber and system sot'ware. Considering the linearity between the reflection wavelength and the temperature, the temperature can be obtained real-time with the wavelength measured. Besides ,the system can accomplish multiple-point measuring. Field test to high voltage switchgear shows that the measuring error is within 0.3℃.
