摘要 基于爆炸焊接工艺的铜铝复合CPU散热片,以炸药为能源,实现了铜和铝间的无介质连接,整合了铜和铝的优点,具有较高的结合强度,达到了更好的散热效果,有效地解决了CPU散热问题。在热传导理论和散热过程分析的基础上,采用有限元热分析技术对散热片进行数值模拟,通过试验测试,研究了散热片底部厚度对散热性能的影响,并对散热片结构进行了优化。合理选择铜层厚度,减轻了散热片质量,降低了生产成本,提高了产品的性价比。 The copper-aluminum compound CPU radiator fin based on explosive welding technology,takes dynamite as the sources of energy to realize non-medium connection between the copper and the aluminum, and integrates the copper and the aluminum merits. There are higher union intensity and better radiation effect. The CPU radiation demand problem can be effectively solved. Through the finite element simulation of heat transfer in CPU radiator fin and the experiment tests,the influences of the radiator fin base thickness to the radiation performance are studied,the radiator fin structure is optimized on the basis of heat transfer theory and radiation process analysis. The appropriate copper level thickness,not only reduces the radiator fin weight, but also saves the production cost, improves cost performance.
