摘要
塑料的拉伸性能试验是对试样施加静态拉伸负荷(即用拉力机施加拉伸力将试样拉伸),一般拉至断裂以测定其力学性能。拉伸强度(σt)是试样拉断过程中最大力所对应的应力,是塑料最重要的力学性能指标之一。根据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示的要求》,对GB/T1040-1992《塑料拉伸性能试验方法》中拉伸强度(σt)测量结果的不确定度进行了评定。
Tensile testing of plastic, in which the instrument brings pressure to bear on the sample, is pull the sample to rupture in a general way to measure the mechanics capability. Tensile intensity(σt), one of the most important mechanics capabilities, is the stress corresponding to the max-strength during the sample' s snap- ping process. According to JJF1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, the evaluation of uncertainty in the measurement of tensile intensity of plastic was reported in this paper.
