摘要
目的 建立同时测定复方麝香草酚滴耳液中麝香草酚和水杨酸含量的方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(60;40:0.3),检测波长220nm,柱温30℃。结果 水杨酸和麝香草酚分别在0.12~0.28mg·mL^-1和0.06~0.14mg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为101.2%(RSD=0.57%)和100.1%(RSD=0.64%)。结论 该方法可用于复方麝香草酚滴耳液的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of thymol and salicylic acid in complex thymol ear drops. METHODS The column was shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6× 150mm,5μm) ,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(60 : 40 : 0.3), the detection wavelength was 220nm, the column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship when the content of salicylic acid and thymol was in the range of 0. 12-0.28mg . mL^-1 , and 0.06 -0. 14 mg . mL^ -1 respectively. The average recoveries of salicylic acid and thymol were 101.2 %( RSD = 0.57% ) and 100. 1% ( RSD =0.64%) ,respectively. CONCLUSION The method Can be applied to the quality control of complex thymol ear drops.
