本文从工程应用的角度详细分析了油液污染物对动圈式伺服阀及其相应的伺服机构所造成的影响。通过分析。
This paper analyzed the effect of contaminant in oil on moving coil type servo valve and its servo machanism with a point of view to engineering application. Through this analysis we have further recognized the importance of oil on the application of moving coil type servo valve.
