An Analysis of Stability and Chaos on Industrial Cluster Dynamic Evolution Process

摘要国内外关于产业集群的研究总体上强调了产业集群的功能优点,但是与其他经济组织一样,产业集群也是不断演化的。从分析产业集群演化的基本特征来看,推动产业集群演化的基本动力在于集群内部企业间合作稳定性及其共生性。从产业集群演化的逻辑斯谛模型分析可知,有序和无序是相对的,产业集群演化除了能够产生稳定平衡的、周期的动态行为外,还可能产生混沌现象。在集群演化混沌状态下,集群的演化发展方向与模式由集群内部企业间共生性和合作稳定性以及外部环境的影响共同决定。就我国产业集群的发展而言,要有条件有选择地引导产业集群的形成和发展;培育和加强集群内部的共生机制;也应本着区域产业集群与区域经济协同发展的原则,选择适应性的产业集群发展战略。 The main researches on industrial cluster evolution home and abroad emphasize the advantages of industrial cluster. But industrial cluster is also continuously evolutionary as well as other economical organization, symbiosis and cooperation stability is the basic drive of the industrial cluster evolution according to the essential characteristic of industrial cluster evolution. In addition chaos maybe emerge during the process of industrial cluster evolution besides the dynamic action of stability,balance and periodicity after analyzing the industrial cluster evolutionary logistic model. In the chaos station, the direction and mode of industrial cluster evolution will be determined by the symbiosis and cooperation stability between enterprises in the industrial cluster and the outside environment. Then, some ideas should be attached importance to the development of industrial cluster in our country such as according to the condition to construct industrial cluster, to cultivate the symbiosis mechanism and to choose adapted stratagem according the co-development of industrial cluster and regional economy.
