摘要
对我国最大的DOME式600MW汽轮发电机的整机强度与振动特性作了详细地分析。用加筋壳体理论、有限元技术和模型试验技术等方法对发电机整机以及各主要部件(如冷却器、定子、转子等)进行了分析,理论计算与模型的实验模态分析结果的对比分析,结果证明此种形式的发电机符合设计标准,也满足美国WH公司的设计准则。本文为第二部分,模型试验分析。
This paper deals with the strength and vibration characteristics of DOME type 600 MW turbo generator in details.The theory of stiffness shells,finite element technique and the model testing method were applied to investigate the strength and vibration characteristics of varied main parts,such as rotor,cooling apparatus,and whole generator.The results show that this type generator accords with the demands of design standards in WH.This is the second part:the experimental investigation.
