物流金融业务能够有效解决供应链上的资金瓶颈,提高物流效率,近年来受到国内外普遍重视。为进一步促进我国物流金融业务的发展,本文在深入剖析物流金融的基本结构后,将物流金融的各种业务归纳为应收帐款融资、订单融资和存货质押融资三种基本形式;然后从制度和行业环境、业务基本要素和业务控制方式等方面系统比较了国内外物流金融业务的差别,并对相关案例进行了细致分析;最后为我国发展物流金融业务提供了相关对策。

Logistic financing can effectively solve capital bottleneck on supply chain and improve logistic efficiency,so it attracts more and more attentions from home and abroad.In order to further boost logistic financing,this paper,after analyzing basic structure of logistic financing,reduces logistic financing to three kinds of basic form,i.e.,receivable account financing,purchase order financing and inventory financing;then it compares logistic financing inside and outside China from the perspectives of institution and business environment,operation basic elements and operation control mode.The paper also makes an analysis deep into relevant cases.Finally it provides countermeasures for the development of logistic financing in China.
