摘要
基于模糊数学理论,在进行可靠性分析的基础上,建立了机械零部件的模糊可靠性优化设计方法。对设计中的主要问题,包括:规格化优化模型,可靠性分析方法,隶属函数的确定以及模糊可靠性优化模型的求解等进行了探讨,并以某型齿轮传动为例给出应用实例。理论和应用表明该方法具有广泛的实用价值和推广前景。
Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory and reliability analysis, a fuzzy reliability - based optimal design method for the machine elements is proposed . Some main problems in the design method, including standard model , reliability analysis method, the determination of membership functions and the solution of the design model, are dealt with . A design example of gear transmission is given out. Theoretical model and example results show that the method has wide - ranging practical value and great spreading prospect .
