摘要
探讨了影响铬在急冷Cu-Cr-0.05Zr合金中溶解度的因素。结果表明,铬在该合金系单相固溶作中的溶解度随冷却速度的加快而增大,从而导致合金硬度的线性提高。而结晶过程中铬的析出,明显降低铬在过饱和固溶体中的极限溶解度。
The influence factors of solubility about chromium in the rapidly quenched Cu-Cr-0. 05 Zr alloy has been investigated. The results have shown that the solubility of chromium in single phase solid solution increases with increasing cooling velocity in this alloys system and this induced the linear increase of hardness, chromium precipitation during the crystallizing obviously decreases the solubility limit of chromium in super saturated solid solution
