摘要
汽车离合器从动盘摩擦面片材料的性能是影响离合器传扭能力和使用寿命的主要因素。金属陶瓷摩擦材料具有耐高温、摩擦系数大而稳定、耐磨等特点,用作离合器从动盘的摩擦面片可获得较大的扭矩容量和较长的使用寿命。清华大学研制的金属陶瓷摩擦材料性能已接近国外同类材料,在重型车和沙漠车上的试用结果也证实了其远比树脂基摩擦片耐用。还简要介绍了它的复合结构及从动盘总成的设计特点,评价了金属陶瓷从前盘的应用前景。
A new cermet friction material for clutch facing of heavy duty truck has been developed.In this paper, the composition and processing for making the cermet facing materials have been investigated. This paper shows a new complex structure of the cermet facing. Two clutch driven discs developed with cermet materials have been applied to a desert truck and a heavy duty truck. The results show that the friction and wear properties of the cermet facings developed are better than of that comventional organic facings. The application prospects of cermet facings is evaluated
