摘要
以氧氯化锆、氯化钇和氯化铝为原料,采用化学共沉淀法制备高纯超细的ZrO2-Al2O3微粉。选用无压烧结制出ZrO2-Al2O3陶瓷。分析了Al2O3掺杂量对ZrO2陶瓷的抗弯强度、断裂韧性、维氏硬度和弹性模量等性能的影响。
In this paper, highly pure and ultrifine ZrO2-Al2O3 powder was synthesised by chemicalcoprecipitation, using ZrOCl2, YCl3, AlCl3 and NH3·H2O as raw materials. ZrO2-Al2O3 ceramic was processed by no pressure sintering. The effects of dopant (Al2O3) contents on flexural strength, fracture toughness, Vickers hardness and Young's modulus were studied
