Test Analysis of the Impact Life of Y2 Hd20 Pressure Relief Valve

本文根据导阀寿命是决定溢流阀可靠性的主要因素这一特点，设计了一个省时、省力、节约能源的试验台。在此基础上对溢流阀进行了在冲击载荷下的加速寿命试验。试验数据分析表明，溢流阀的失效概率密度函数为两参数Ｗｅｉｂｕｌ分布。通过参数估计得到其形状参数、特征寿命、平均寿命等可靠性指标。

In this paper,a time cost power saving test table has been designed on the conclusion that the life span of pilot type pressure relief valve is mainly decided by the life of its pilot valve.On the basis of this knowledge,accelerated life test of the valve under impact load has been completed on the built table.By analyzing the obtained test data,conclusion has been reached that the failure probability density function of the valve is a two parameter Weibull distribution.The reliability indexes of the valve such as shape parameter,characteristic life,and average life has been gained by parameter estimating.
