摘要
GH169镀银O形环是我院反应堆压力容器密封性能专项研究中试制的新材质密封元件。为做定量鉴定,进行了管、环、镀银管等一系列冷、热态性能测试与热态实用考验。测试结果表明,比压曲线和回弹量与美国Advanced公司同类产品完全一致,工艺可行,试制成功。文章还给出了回弹量与压扁度关系,膨胀量、间隙量影响,许用回弹量及高温回弹性能等有实用价值的技术数据。
Silver-plating O-ring made of GH-169 developed by SNERDI is a new sealing element for RPV. To quantitatively investigate its properties, a series of performance measurements were carried out for pipes, rings and silver-plating pipes under ambient and high temperatures and a endurance test under hot condition was also undertaken.The test results show that the sealing specific pressure curve and the resilience of the silver-plating O-ring are totally concordant with those of similar products made by the Advancde Co., USA, verifying the feasibility of technology.The paper also gives some valuable technical data, such as the relationship between resilience and flattening,influence of expansion and gap effect, allowable resilience and resilient properties under high temperature
