摘要
本文重点阐述了200万吨／年加氢裂化装置中关键设备加氢处理反应器操作使用优化管理，全面检验组织安排的一些体会。分析了反应器随机试板的课题研究安排。文章认为加强对加氢反应器的安全使用，必须做好操作规程不断优化，提高检验和检修技术是非常重要的。
In this paper the experiences in operation, optimized management, site examination and inspection of hydrogenator, which is the key equipment in the oil hydrogenated cracking nuit with a capacity of 2 million tons per year,are presented systematically. The research projects on site-specimen-plate analysis are also discussed. It is pointed out that for the safe use of hydrogenator, the optimization of operating specification and the improvement of examination and maintenance techniques have played vcry important roles
