摘要
根据《中共中央关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定》对“构建社会主义和谐社会”的内涵所作的原则性界定,构建社会主义和谐社会的基本途径主要有:一、构建活力进发的社会;二、构建公平正义的社会;三、构建安定团结的社会;四、构建民主与法治的社会。
According to the connotation of constructing a socialiat harmonious society in The Decision of Strengthening the Running Ability of the Chinese Communist Party, the basic routes are as followe; constructing a soicety with vitality; constructing a fair and just society; constructing a society with stability and unity; constructing a demoncratic society run by law.
