Research on the Feminist Critique of Domestic Violence

家庭内基于性别而发生的暴力行为在20世纪中叶以后引起了社会的重视。女权主义在其中的推动作用是十分巨大的。女权主义从女性经验出发的研究视角与方法揭示了家庭暴力现象(包括婚内强奸行为)对女性应该享有的包括安全、平等、健康等在内的基本公民权的严重侵害。女权主义认为,为了消除人类所有形式的暴力,家庭暴力现象必须在最大范围内被消除。

From the middle period of the 20th century, the based-gender domestic violence has been brought to people＇s much attention. In the process, feminism has pushed the work forward. From the woman＇s standpoint , feminism has disclosed the serious encroachment on women＇s basic human rights including safety, equality and health from domestic violence and marital rape. Feminists have pointed out that this phenomenon must be eliminated in the largest scope if the society wants to dispel all kinds of violence phenomenon of mankind.
