“群众路线”的新阐释:二维结构与高校的实践

NEW INTERPRETATION OF"MASS LINE":TWO-DIMENSIONAL STRUCTURE AND PRACTICE IN COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES

高校应全面贯彻"教育以育人为本,以学生为主体;办学以人才为本,以教师为主体"的科学发展观,坚持以人为本的群众路线;发挥党在群众路线中的主导作用;完善群众参与监督机制;构建宣传组织群众、教育引导群众的工作机制。

By analyzing the dialectic relationship between Mass Line and two-dimensional structure, this paper probes into the application of Mass Line in colleges and universities. It holds that colleges and universities should implement in an all-round way the scientific development view of ＂being people-oriented and student-subjected in terms of education; and being talent-oriented and teacher-subjected in terms of running school＂, stick to the people-oriented Mass Line, develop the leading role of the Party in Mass Line,perfect mass-participating supervising system, and build a work system propagating and organizing the masses, and educating and guiding the masses.
